Hastenway Shipping LLC is expanding! We are looking a multi-functional expert responsible for securing our legal standing through government liaison while providing critical 'on-the-ground' support for our shipping operations, banking, and facility maintenance
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Support & Bank Coordination
- Assist in document clearing and notarization at various centers.
- Handle physical banking tasks: depositing checks, collecting bank statements, and submitting trade finance documents.
- Manage petty cash for government-related expenses and provide accurate receipts.
2. Warehouse & Operations Assistance
- Assist the warehouse team with inventory checks and stock organization.
- Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of urgent documents
- Support the operations team in coordinating with third-party logistics providers if required.
3. Office Maintenance & Miscellaneous Support
- Monitor office and warehouse facility conditions; report and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and pantry stock.
- Manage general errands and provide ad-hoc support to the management team as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum High School
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a PRO or Office Assistant role within the UAE.
- Language: Basic to intermediate English communication (spoken and written).
- Physicality: Must be physically fit and active to handle tasks and external field work.
- License: A Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
