Role Overview

As the Account Director, you will lead and manage a portfolio of high-profile luxury lifestyle clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic growth. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing campaign execution, team coordination, and business development efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main liaison for luxury clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Alif Voyage
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive account growth and enhance client engagement.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Business Development : Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and pursue new client relationships to expand the agency's portfolio.
  • Campaign Oversight : Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand standards.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with innovative solutions.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in account management within the luxury lifestyle sector, with a proven track record of managing high-profile clients.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills :
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury lifestyle market and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
