Public Relations Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive PR Account Manager with a strong corporate focus to join our growing team in KSA. This role involves managing high-profile client accounts, delivering strategic consultations, and leading impactful PR campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in campaign development and execution, managing teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Strategic Leadership

- Serve as the key point of contact for corporate clients, offering expert counsel and strategic direction across various sectors.

- Understand clients’ business objectives and develop tailored PR strategies to align with their goals and drive measurable results.

Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution

- Lead the planning, execution, and performance monitoring of PR campaigns across traditional and digital media platforms.

- Ensure campaigns are insight-driven, innovative, and aligned with client expectations.

- Oversee media relations, press material development, influencer collaborations, event coordination, and content creation.

Client Account Management

- Manage multiple client portfolios with a focus on long-term relationship building and client satisfaction.

- Ensure timely delivery of services, resolve client issues proactively, and maintain clear and consistent communication.

Performance Monitoring & KPI Achievement

- Set and track campaign KPIs such as media coverage, engagement metrics, and overall campaign performance.

- Provide regular performance reports and insights, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.


New Business & Growth

- Support new business development by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.

- Participate in pitch development and proposal presentations to win new business and demonstrate the agency’s capabilities.

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

- Delegate responsibilities effectively, review team outputs, and ensure high standards of work quality and punctuality.

- Promote professional growth through ongoing feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing.


Qualifications & Experience

Experience

- 3–5 years of proven experience in public relations, with a strong background in managing corporate accounts.

- Experience working across sectors such as Real Estate, Finance, Corporate Communications, Luxury, and Retail is preferred.

- Demonstrated success in managing both project-based and retainer clients.


Skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling press releases, pitches, and client presentations.

- Strong media relations experience, with a proven ability to secure high-impact coverage.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

- Confident client handler with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
