Public Relations Account Manager

A leading experiential marketing and communications agency based in Dubai is growing its team. Known for crafting high-performance brand ecosystems that connect culture, creativity, and commerce, the agency delivers full-spectrum solutions spanning strategy, PR, social, influencer & celebrity partnerships, events, outdoor activations, and immersive experiences.

The Role

We’re looking for a Public Relations Account Manager to join our client!

You’ll oversee key client accounts across PR, media, and events, leading strategy, execution, and delivery. From crafting press campaigns to managing influencer activations and product launches, you’ll be the link between client vision and creative execution.

This is a full-time, on-site role , working alongside a collaborative mix of PR, social, and experiential specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client partnerships across PR, media, and events.
• Manage multiple accounts, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Cultivate and maintain media relationships to secure impactful coverage.
• Write and edit press releases, media kits, and campaign content.
• Track and analyse campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights.
• Support clients with crisis communications and reputation management.
• Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and events teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Lead new-client onboarding and ensure smooth campaign launches.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or advertising (agency background preferred).
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the regional media landscape.
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and managing strategy discussions.
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-driven with strong project-management skills.
• Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
