A leading PR communications agency in Dubai is expanding its team. Known for building high-performance brand ecosystems that blend culture, creativity, and commerce, the agency delivers end-to-end solutions spanning strategy, PR, social, influencer and celebrity partnerships, events, outdoor activations.

We're looking for a Public Relations Account Manager to join our client's growing PR team.

You'll manage key accounts across PR, media, and events-leading strategy, execution, and delivery. From developing press campaigns to overseeing influencer activations and launch moments, you'll be the driving force between client vision and creative output.

This is a full-time, on-site role working closely with PR, social, digital, and experiential specialists in a collaborative environment.

Important Note on Client Portfolio

At this stage, the agency's portfolio is heavily focused on real estate developers and property-focused clients. While they have a portfolio of lifestyle and luxury, the initial workload will be primarily real estate and developer-led PR.

For this reason, we are specifically looking for candidates who:

  • have strong experience managing developer/real estate PR accounts, and
  • can confidently handle this category from day one.

As the portfolio evolves, there will be opportunities to work across lifestyle, luxury, fashion, and culture accounts as well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture client relationships across PR, media, and events
  • Manage multiple accounts, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery
  • Develop and execute integrated PR strategies that drive visibility and credibility
  • Maintain strong media relationships and secure targeted coverage
  • Write and edit press releases, media kits, statements, and campaign content
  • Track and analyse PR and campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights
  • Support clients with crisis communications and reputation management
  • Partner closely with creative, digital, and events teams to deliver cohesive work
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth campaign rollout
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years' experience in PR, communications, or advertising (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and regional media landscape
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients in fast-paced environments
  • Confident leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-driven, with strong project management skills
  • Arabic is a plus but not required
  • Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
