Public Relations Assistant

We’re looking for a PR Assistant to support day-to-day communications, and client coordination. Prior PR or marketing experience is an advantage, but not essential - as long as you’re a quick learner, and have a passion for the industry.

An interest in food, dining, or hospitality is a big plus, as many of our clients are in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft press releases, pitches, and other PR content using existing SOPs
• Assist with invitation outreach and guest communication for events and brand activations
• Coordinate with media, influencers, and partners as needed
• Support with team follow-ups
• Maintain media lists and track coverage
• Help with basic research for clients

Ideal Candidate:

• Based in Dubai
• Background in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field (not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to follow templates/SOPs
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Interest in food, F&B, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
