Overall Discussion: Responsible for crisis management, brand reputation, and external communications for Keemart in the Middle East market. We are looking for a PR specialist deeply rooted in local culture and media dynamics to lead crisis system building, social media strategy, media relations, and industry engagement — ensuring the brand builds trust and safeguards its reputation during rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
1、Build a crisis management manual from scratch tailored to the Middle East market, covering typical scenarios such as product quality, delivery issues, data security, and workforce-related situations. 2、Establish a 24/7 social listening and early warning system covering mainstream social platforms, local forums, and regional news sources to ensure risk signals are captured promptly. 3、Lead the brand’s PR strategy on mainstream social media platforms in the region, continuously enhancing brand share of voice, image, and user goodwill. 4、Plan compelling brand content around key moments — such as Ramadan, Saudi National Day, and annual mega sales — to generate positive conversations. 5、Develop an annual media agenda to consistently secure positive share of voice, rather than reacting only during crises. 6、Represent Keemart at industry forums, business exchanges, and public-facing events, working closely with public affairs and relevant teams.
Requirements:
1、5+ years of experience in PR or communications, with at least 3 years deeply embedded in the Saudi or Gulf market. 2、Background in e-commerce, tech, or platform companies; experience at a leading regional player is a plus. 3、Full professional fluency in English, able to independently produce high-quality English press materials and statements; Arabic fluency strongly preferred . 4、Deep understanding of the Middle East’s mainstream social media ecosystem and communication dynamics, with the ability to develop brand PR strategies and drive their execution. 5、Possess local media and industry connections; experience managing PR agencies and in-house teams, with a proven ability to build systems and lead a team of 3 or more.
