What You’ll Do:

• Draft and proof press releases, media alerts, and briefing documents.
• Support media monitoring, reporting, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date media lists/databases across markets.
• Coordinate logistics for interviews, press events, and roundtables.
• Provide scheduling/logistics for speaking opportunities and leadership at industry events.
• Execute B2B & B2C PR campaigns with internal teams and agencies.
• Track PR deliverables and timelines; ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaise with external PR agencies for executional follow-ups.
• Provide administrative/organizational support to the comms team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications/PR/Marketing or related field.
• 4–5 years in PR, media, or communications.
• Excellent English writing & verbal skills.
• Strong organization & attention to detail; proactive team player.
• Proficiency with media monitoring tools and Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
