Job Summary

The PR Manager/Senior PR Specialist would serve as the single point of ownership for all public relations activities. This ensures consistency in messaging, faster response to media, and proactive storytelling around the company's projects and initiatives.

They would bridge corporate communications, brand strategy, media outlets, government relations, and stakeholders, ensuring that the company maintains a strong, credible, and positive presence in both local and international media.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier Saudi, regional, and international media.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, statements, and Q&As.
  • Coordinate interviews for CEO, Chairman, and senior leadership.

Content and Narrative Building

  • Develop corporate messages aligned with Vision 2030 and the company’s positioning.
  • Ensure Arabic/English messaging consistency across all PR material.

Proactive Storytelling

  • Secure coverage in economic, investment, and real estate press. Support in organizing activations, pop-ups, and on-site leasing events in partnership with event and production teams.
  • Create feature opportunities in business magazines.

Reputation Management

  • Manage press presence at events like Cityscape Riyadh, Retail Congress MENA, and Umrah & Ziyarah Forum.

Coordinate press kits, media booths, and journalist engagement.

Measurement

  • Develop KPIs: Share of Voice, Impressions, reach, visibility score, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

A minimum of:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or Media studies.
  • 6 years of experience in B2B or commercial real estate marketing; background in leasing-focused campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in PR, media relations, or corporate communication.
  • Agency/client experience
