Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all government-related transactions, including visa processing, renewals, and cancellations for employees.
- Manage company registration, trade license renewals, and other legal documentation with ministries and government departments.
- Coordinate with immigration, labor, municipality, and other relevant authorities to ensure full compliance with local laws.
- Maintain an organized record of all company documents, employee files, and approvals.
- Support HR and Administration departments in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Stay updated on changes to government policies and regulations, advising management accordingly.
- Arrange attestation, translation, and notarization of company and employee documents when required.
- Represent the company professionally in all government and official communications.
- Coordinate and manage transportation, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipment details, and material tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs for smooth clearance and delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Ensure proper material handling, packaging, and storage in accordance with company standards.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Support procurement team in material sourcing and delivery scheduling.
- Monitor fleet and transport operations, ensuring vehicle maintenance and documentation compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar/GCC labor laws and immigration procedures.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Valid GCC driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
