Job Title: Accountant cum Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant cum PRO to handle accounting operations as well as government-related documentation and liaison tasks. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in Qatar’s immigration and labor procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Support payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews.

PRO Duties:

• Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Handle company registration, trade license renewals, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with ministries, immigration, and labor departments.
• Prepare and submit employee documentation (QID, medical, fingerprint, etc.).
• Maintain updated company and employee records as per government regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and PRO roles in Qatar.
• Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, Immigration, and government portals (Metrash, Hukoomi, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
