📌 Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) – MEP Construction Industry

🔧 About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
to support all government liaison activities and ensure smooth processing of documentation related to our MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling UAE governmental procedures, labor and immigration requirements, and maintaining compliance for a construction or engineering company.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage all government-related procedures including visas (new/renewal/cancellation), Emirates ID, medical tests, labour contracts, and security clearances.

Process employee registration, updates, and monthly contributions for
GPSSA (General Pension & Social Security Authority)
for Emirati employees.

Handle medical screening coordination (pre-employment, renewal medicals) for site and office staff.

Support company compliance with Emiratization requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting to relevant authorities.

Coordinate with project teams for site mobilization documents, gate passes, access cards, and authority approvals.

Liaise with government entities such as MOHRE, ICP, Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, ADNOC, DM, and other relevant authorities.

Maintain accurate records of all company licenses, project permits, and employee documentation.

Keep updated with UAE labour laws, immigration procedures, and any regulatory changes.

Represent the company professionally in all government and semi-government interactions.
📚 Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably within the
construction or MEP industry
.

Strong understanding and exposure of UAE labour law, visa processes, and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, DubaiNow, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
