Al Hikma Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of proven PRO experience in Dubai.
- Extensive knowledge of UAE government procedures and regulations.
- Strong practical experience dealing with:
- Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)
- ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security)
- Dubai Municipality
- Dubai Economic Department (DET)
- General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA)
- Other relevant government authorities and online portals.
- Proven experience in handling:
- Employment visas and work permits.
- Labour contracts and labour-related transactions.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Company licensing and governmental approvals.
- Emirates ID applications and renewals.
- Medical, immigration and residency procedures.
- Pension registration and related compliance matters.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple governmental transactions efficiently.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all government-related transactions and applications for the Company.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely processing of visas, labour cards, permits, renewals and related approvals.
- Monitor compliance with applicable UAE laws and governmental requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Finance and Management regarding all government-related matters.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely renewal of all permits, licences and registrations.
