About the Role

Time Express is looking for an experienced and highly connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes, visa administration, labor compliance, and corporate licensing activities in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE labor and immigration procedures, extensive experience dealing with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Visa & Immigration Management

• Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, medical tests, Emirates ID applications, and status changes.
• Coordinate immigration-related procedures efficiently and ensure timely completion.

Labor & Government Relations

• Handle all labor and immigration processes through Tasheel, Amer, Tawjeeh, MOHRE, GDRFA, and Dubai Trade portals.
• Represent the company at government departments and authorities, including DED, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, Immigration, and Labor offices.

Corporate Licensing & Compliance

• Manage trade license renewals, lease agreements, chamber certificates, and other company documentation.
• Track and monitor expiry dates of visas, passports, labor cards, licenses, and corporate documents to ensure full compliance.

Issue Resolution

• Resolve legal, administrative, and bureaucratic matters efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with government officials and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a PRO in Dubai, UAE.
• Native or completely fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
• Expertise in Dubai Trade, e-Government systems, MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and Tawjeeh portals.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and own a personal vehicle.
• Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
