Public Relations Officer (PRO)-EMIRATI NATIONAL

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and ensure smooth compliance with UAE regulations. Experience in limousine or transport business is highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of UAE PRO experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and regulations
• Experience in limousine, transport, or fleet operations is highly preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with RTA processes, including:
• Vehicle registration, renewal, and ownership transfers
• Fleet documentation and compliance
• Experience with:
• MOHRE / Labour and Immigration (GDRFA) processes
• Visa processing, renewals, cancellations
• Trade license renewals and amendments
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all RTA and transport-related documentation for company fleet
• Handle vehicle registrations, renewals, transfers, and compliance
• Coordinate with RTA, immigration, labour, and other government authorities
• Process employee visas, labour contracts, and related documentation
• Ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions
