We are expanding our Corporate Services division and seeking an experienced Business Setup & Corporate Services Consultant to join our high-performance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE company formation, government liaison work, and end-to-end client management across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide clients through complex regulatory processes with confidence and clarity.

The Consultant will be responsible for advising entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients on the most effective business setup structures, visa strategies, and compliance requirements across mainland, free zone, and offshore environments. The position also involves coordinating with government authorities, ensuring accurate document submission, and delivering a seamless onboarding journey for every client.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of maintaining strong professional relationships while managing multiple assignments. A deep understanding of UAE commercial laws, free zone frameworks, tax rules, and immigration procedures will be a strong advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advise clients on UAE company formation across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions
  • Manage Golden Visa, Investor/Partner Visa, and Employment/Labour Visa processes
  • Handle Family & Dependent Visa applications
  • Deliver full PRO & Government liaison services
  • Coordinate Corporate Tax Registration & Filing
  • Manage VAT Registration and compliance procedures
  • Oversee ESR & UBO compliance requirements
  • Manage document clearing, approvals, and government submissions
  • Coordinate DIFC Wills, Mainland Wills, and legal service requirements
  • Prepare, review, and assist with POA drafting and attestation
  • Maintain strong working relationships with government bodies and free zone authorities
  • Ensure end-to-end accuracy, client satisfaction, and timely service delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE business setup or corporate services
  • Strong understanding of UAE company laws, tax regulations, and visa procedures
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files
  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
