Public Transport Projects Specialist

Qualifications:

• 
  Civil Engineer specialized in public transport systems and network planning.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Transport Planning.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in GCC countries.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Job Description:

• 
  Provide technical support for transport projects through studies, analyses, and preparation of specifications and regulations required for public transport projects.
• Analyze public transport data and develop programs and systems for improvement according to best international standards.
• Review topics referred by the department director and assess the economic feasibility of related projects.
• Design public transport networks, identify optimal network options, and continuously analyze data to enhance the networks.
• Continuously update public transport system data and support database management.
• Manage public transport system projects and assist in preparing terms of reference for new projects.
• Supervise consultants, partners, and contractors daily, evaluate their performance, monitor project deliverables, and prepare periodic reports.
• Experience in projects related to the transition to clean energy in transportation, providing technical support as needed.
