Job Overview:
SourceCode is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Publication Writer to join our growing content and research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing, editing, and developing publication-ready content, ensuring high-quality standards across all written materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit publication-ready articles, reports, and papers across diverse subjects.
• Ensure content meets publication standards in terms of quality, formatting, and referencing.
• Maintain accuracy, coherence, and originality in all written work.
• Collaborate with editors and team leads to refine and finalize documents before submission.
• Conduct fact-checking, proofreading, and revisions to ensure quality assurance.
• Manage multiple writing projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Prior experience in academic, publication, or research writing is preferred.
• Proficiency in citation styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, etc.) is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work during night shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
