Project Manager - Content Writing

Global Clicks is looking for a Project Manager to oversee our Content Writing Department and ensure smooth coordination between writers, editors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all content projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Assign tasks to writers and editors based on project scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored content solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain clear communication between the content team and other departments.
• Ensure all deliverables align with the company’s tone, quality, and branding standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management (preferably in content writing).
• Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and editorial processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
