About the Opportunity

A marketplace leader in the AdTech & mobile monetization sector, we build programmatic and in-app monetization products that help game and app publishers maximise ad revenue across Southeast Asia. This role is fully remote for candidates based in Vietnam and is focused on growing publisher revenue, improving SDK adoption, and running high-impact programmatic deals.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own publisher relationships across Vietnam: identify and onboard high-potential mobile apps and game studios to drive incremental ad revenue.
  • Negotiate commercial deals and optimize yield: structure CPM/REV share agreements, manage PMP deals, and implement price floors to maximise publisher eCPM.
  • Lead SDK integration and technical onboarding with publishers and partner engineers to ensure stable ad delivery and rapid time-to-revenue.
  • Manage campaign trafficking and programmatic operations: set up line items, monitor delivery, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimise live campaigns.
  • Use data to drive decisions: analyse publisher performance, identify growth levers, and execute A/B tests to improve fill rates and retention of ad demand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Ops, Product and Analytics to scale solutions for content monetization across the SEA region.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising and mobile ad monetization with publisher-facing responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience with ad mediation platforms and SDK integrations.
  • Operational expertise in ad trafficking and campaign optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., AppsFlyer) and mobile analytics for revenue tracking.

Preferred

  • Experience with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers.
  • Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau) for performance analysis.

Additional Qualifications

  • 3+ years in publisher or partner management within AdTech, mobile gaming, or app monetization (or equivalent track record).
  • Fluent Vietnamese and strong English communication skills for cross-border coordination.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing stakeholders across APAC time zones.
