Publishing Assistant

<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Publishing Assistant to join our creative team! <Duties>

• Assist with editing and proofreading manuscripts, articles, and multimedia content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Support the layout and design process using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and InDesign
• Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, and other team members to streamline production workflows
• Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Contribute to post-production activities including video editing with Adobe Premiere and video production tasks
• Translate content between languages as needed, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy
• Help prepare content for publication across various formats including print, digital, and social media channels

• Strong editing and proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and conveying ideas clearly
• Proficient writing skills for creating compelling content in various formats
• Ability to interpret complex information accurately for diverse audiences
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Knowledge of post-production processes including video editing and video production techniques
• Familiarity with journalism standards and social media management strategies
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus for reaching broader audiences
• Technical writing skills for producing clear instructions or manuals when needed
• Experience in translation or interpretation enhances content accessibility
