Pump Mechanic

We are hiring a skilled Pump Mechanic to handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of pumps used in industrial and commercial settings. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, align, and test new pumps and pumping systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative care on pumps to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose mechanical issues such as leaks, unusual noises, and reduced performance.
• Dismantle and repair pump components, including impellers, seals, bearings, and shafts.
• Reassemble pumps and test their functionality after repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pump Mechanic.
• Expertise in mechanical components and a strong understanding of pump systems.
