- Prepare & maintain Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for order confirmations and timely deliveries.
- Handle inward logistics (fabrics, trims, raw materials) and outward logistics (finished goods, dispatch to warehouses/retailers).
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Arrange and track shipments with transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents – packing lists, e-way bills, LRs, invoices.
- Maintain purchase & logistics trackers / MIS reports for management.
- Support finance in payment cycles and reconciliation.
- Liaise with warehouse teams for inventory entries and stock flow updates.
- Ensure compliance with GST, vendor billing, and basic statutory requirements.
Desrired Skiils
- 2–4 years in purchase administration / logistics / supply chain support.
- Strong knowledge of POs, challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.
- Familiarity with vendor & transporter coordination.
- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, or Tally.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good communication for vendor/transport handling.
