Purchase & Logistics Coordinator (SAP Experience) – Short JD

Job Purpose:
Responsible for purchasing, logistics coordination, and inventory support with strong hands-on SAP skills to ensure timely supply of materials and smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, freight, and customs clearance.
  • Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse receiving processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with finance for GRN, invoice matching, and payments.
  • Prepare procurement and logistics reports through SAP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in procurement and logistics.
  • Mandatory SAP module experience.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, shipping, and Incoterms.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
