Assist in getting the best prices, quality, and delivery terms

Communicate with suppliers through phone, email, or online platforms

Request quotations and compare offers

Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries

Coordinate with warehouse and accounts for incoming goods

Keep records of purchases, prices, and suppliers

Help maintain stock levels by checking inventory regularly

Stay updated on market trends and new suppliers
