Job Profile (Description)

1. Sourcing & Procurement of Plant machinery & Spares by setting proper strategy to handle and manage all issues relating to procurement

2. Developing Procurement Process with suppliers to enhance final negotiation and monitoring supplier performance.

3. Developing necessary process together with Plant, Technical, Excise, Clearing Agents, Engineering and Finance & Accounting departments for smooth functioning of the organization.

4. Manage and control the expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of the material as per PO conditions. Follow up with vendors till delivery without compromising production schedules.

5. To ensure all production plants/lines should run smoothly and should not stop for requirement of material/component.

6. Assisting in Import procedures, customs formalities, logistics follow-up and developing relationship with suppliers.

7. To lead the purchase objective plans, cost reduction targets by developing low cost alternatives and coordination with operations team at Plant.

8. Any other associated activity entrusted by the management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
