Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to support the company’s operational requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to cost optimization and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders.
• Negotiate terms of purchase, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.
• Maintain and update records of suppliers, purchases, pricing, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, stores, etc.) to ensure procurement requirements are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Ensure materials are received on time and verify quality and quantity.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Assist in implementing cost reduction strategies and improving procurement efficiency.
• Support in audits and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (freshers can apply).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase documentation, and vendor management.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or trading industries.

Pay: ₹9,463.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month
