Purchase Assistant

Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery

Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining adequate stock to support operations.

Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.

Update inventory management systems with accurate data on receipts, issues, and stock balances

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and procedures.
