Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Procurement Process: Support the Purchase Manager in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, services, and equipment.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze procurement data, create reports, and identify trends.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders in Hindi, English & Tamil.
  • Cost Control: Assist in cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the procurement or purchasing department.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF Conditions), excellent English and Hindi-speaking skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Language: Fluent in Hindi and English preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
