Job Title: Purchase Assistant for Interior Procurement

Location: Kolkata (Tea Industry)

Qualification / Experience: B. A/B.Com/B.Sc (H) preferred from Tea Industry

& 5-10 years of experience in the specified field preferred.

Salary: 30K+

Responsibilities & Skills:Assist in sourcing and purchasing

Materials, Products, and Services Consists of keeping a check on central store purchase by Factories in Assam, receiving their Indent & Invoice. Speaking to vendors in upper Assam, making comparison reports. Negotiation, keeping a check on price and deciding whether to send goods from Kolkata or Assam. Brilliant knowledge of searching online products and comparing it with online purchases deals and offline physical Contacts and store & head Office (Assam) & Admin Office (Kolkata). Knowledge of interior purchases. Monitor inventory levels and track shipments

Good negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, G-Suit and Outlook Knowledge of Google search Eligibility:Long term approach to work in a firm for at least 5 years Average Common sense An aggregate of 60 % and above in Mathematics in the last examination. Min. 30 wpm typing speed. Candidates must be medically fit.
