Job Title: Purchase Assistant

Location: UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 2–3 years of UAE experience in purchasing/procurement preferred
  • Freshers with relevant experience or strong interest in procurement may apply
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for immediate joining

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from suppliers
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
  • Compare supplier quotations and assist in cost analysis
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services
