Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Assistant for the Kitchenware products. The candidate will support the purchasing team in sourcing, ordering, and monitoring kitchenware products while maintaining accurate inventory and supplier records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in purchasing kitchenware products and related supplies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and product availability.
- Compare quotations and support price negotiations with suppliers.
- Update product and supplier information in ERP systems.
- Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Knowledge of kitchenware products and suppliers are preferred.
- Ability to use ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
