About the Role

We are an Islamabad-based company looking for a responsible and proactive Purchase Assistant in Multan to support our purchasing and coordination activities. The role involves visiting local suppliers, assisting with item procurement, and handling communication and follow-ups as requested by the management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit local vendors, factories, and suppliers in Multan when required.
  • Assist in purchasing requested items and ensure timely procurement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and management to confirm orders and delivery updates.
  • Maintain clear communication through WhatsApp and calls for approvals and updates.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Multan.
  • Should have own conveyance (motorbike preferred).
  • Reliable and responsible with good communication skills.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and mobile camera for sharing updates and product photos.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly pay: PKR 15,000
