Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong clerical and administrative skills, be proficient in Excel, and possess knowledge of inventory management, product certifications, barcodes, ERP systems, and shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update procurement, inventory, and shipment records.
- Prepare and manage Excel reports, and data analysis.
- Use Excel formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other functions for reporting and data management.
- Handle product documentation, certifications, compliance records, and supplier information.
- Manage barcode creation, tracking, and product master data.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics teams regarding shipments and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning activities.
- Process purchase orders and update ERP system records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of product certifications, compliance documentation, and barcode systems.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation and shipment procedures.
