Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing Officer/Manager in daily procurement activities.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier documentation.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and confirm delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely supply of materials.
- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before submission for payment.
- Support in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining good supplier relationships.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to procurement activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software/ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Work Environment:
Typically office-based, with occasional visits to suppliers or warehouses as needed.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
