Job Title: - Purchase Assistant

Qualification: - Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Engg/ Science

Experience : Minimum 6 months to 3 years.

Salary Range : 15,000 to 25,000 based on experience

Location: Chennai.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory) English, Tamil .

DUTIES AS BELOW:

To Identify the vendors for purchases as per requirement.

Preparation of cost comparison for approval.

Maintaining of purchase records.

Negotiation with the vendors.

Purchase of material as requested by the stores at Chennai and all operating sites at the lowest possible rates from vendors across India.

The PO is to be prepared and sent to the suppliers against approval.

Tracking of shipment.

Warranty verifications

Vendor payment follow-up

The Product/item names addition/corrections in the ERP.

Other works as determined by Rope Store, Site Operations & Admin Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
