PURCHASE CO-ORDINATOR FOR INTERIOR CONTRACT COMPANY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) based on company needs.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers for pricing, lead times, order confirmations, and deliveries.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of goods; follow up on delays or discrepancies.
  • Cost Efficiency: Negotiate pricing and terms to reduce procurement costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure that purchases follow internal policies and any external regulations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,105.71 - ₹24,257.21 per month
