Purchase Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Purchase Coordinator to handle procurement and back-end operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory management, along with strong skills in Excel and Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and material indents
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers/vendors
  • Maintain records in Tally and prepare reports in Excel
  • Coordinate with site and accounts teams for timely deliveries and payments
  • Track inventory and material status

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in purchasing (construction preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Tally ERP
  • Good communication and organizational skills
