Job Purpose:

To handle end-to-end procurement activities, vendor management, and ensure timely availability of materials and services required for ongoing projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and requisitions in coordination with project, store, and accounts teams.

Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services within approved budgets.

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.

Coordinate with vendors for dispatch, delivery, and quality documentation.

Maintain and update vendor database, purchase records, and material status reports.

Track and follow up on pending orders and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance.

Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and payment release.

Compare quotations, prepare purchase analysis sheets, and obtain approvals.

Monitor market trends, new materials, and potential suppliers for continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination ability.

Analytical and cost-conscious mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (Preferably B.Tech / Diploma / B.Com / MBA).

2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchase.

Salary:

As per knowledge and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
