Job Description:

1. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, semi-finished, and finished goods.
  • Regularly update stock entries in ERP/Tally systems.
  • Conduct monthly/weekly physical stock verification and reconciliation.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase indents for replenishment.

2. Purchase Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

3. Factory Administration Support

  • Assist in maintaining production records, material issue slips, and inward/outward documentation.
  • Coordinate with production and accounts departments for daily reporting.
  • Support factory audits by providing inventory and purchase records.

4. Software & Reporting

  • Daily data entry and stock updates in Tally / ERP / Excel.
  • Prepare reports like stock summary, consumption report, purchase summary, and GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
  • Generate MIS reports for management review.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of factory operations and inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience in Tally ERP or any factory ERP system.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Reports).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Good knowledge of automotive industry, especially on parts handling, and inventory control.

Preferred Candidate:

  • candidate with 1–3 years of experience in factory or manufacturing setup.
  • Prior experience in purchase, store, or inventory department.
  • Experience in Automotive industry(EV).

Experience in purchase or procurement (preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Local candidates preferred.
