We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to join our team and assist with procurement, office management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Support office management with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports and assist management with day-to-day requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience in purchasing/procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (advantage).
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
