Job Title: Purchase Coordinator – Mobile Accessories & Gadgets

Department: Procurement & Inventory Management

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Purchase Coordinator – Mobile Accessories & Gadgets will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of mobile accessories and gadgets. This role ensures timely purchasing, accurate stock levels, and smooth coordination between suppliers, operations, and the sales team to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement and Vendor Management

- Place purchase orders for mobile accessories and gadgets based on stock requirements and sales forecasts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.

2. Inventory and Stock Replenishment

- Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure availability of key products. - Replenish stock in a timely manner to avoid stockouts or overstocking. - Verify and manage stock deliveries, ensuring quality checks and accurate entry into the system.

3. Collaboration with Sales and Operations

- Work closely with the sales team to understand product demand and update them on stock availability. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing. - Notify the operations team about incoming stock and expected delivery dates.

4. Marketplace and Online Stock Management

- Ensure stock availability for online and marketplace platforms, updating stock levels as required. - Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align stock levels with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

5. Vendor Payment Coordination

- Follow up with the accounts team for timely vendor payment processing to maintain good relationships with suppliers.

6. Reporting and Analytics

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on purchasing activities, stock levels, and supplier performance. - Analyze inventory trends and sales data to optimize procurement decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in electronics, mobile accessories, or gadgets.

- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of mobile accessories and gadgets, including latest trends and products.

Skills: - Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.

- Analytical mindset to interpret stock and sales data effectively.
