The Purchase Coordinator (UAE National) will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement department by managing and coordinating purchasing activities. This role is specifically open to UAE Nationals, emphasizing the importance of local talent and market insight.
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain product information, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Track and monitor purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely receipt of goods and services.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including vendor contracts, pricing agreements, and delivery details.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of new vendors, conducting background checks and performance assessments.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant UAE regulations.
- Support inventory management by coordinating stock levels with purchasing schedules to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Participate in vendor negotiation processes to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
Should be bachelor holding degree in Supply chain .
Must be willing to work full time on-site with office operations based in Dubai
Must hold a family book.
