Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Data Entry Executive to assist in the management of purchasing records and data. The ideal candidate should have experience with Task Billing Software and basic knowledge of TallyPrime will be considered an added advantage. The primary responsibility will be to accurately enter and maintain purchase-related data, process purchase orders, and support the purchasing team in ensuring smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter purchase data into the system using Task Billing Software.
• Maintain and update purchase records, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
• Assist the purchasing department with tracking inventory and order status.
• Verify purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely entry of purchase data.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries related to purchase activities.
• Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical purchase records.
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to the purchase department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive, Purchase Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Task Billing Software is mandatory.
• Knowledge of TallyPrime is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM – Food and Accommodation provided by the company

• 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM – Food and Accommodation not provided
