Purchase department

We are looking for an experienced candidate for the Purchase Department with practical knowledge of the following responsibilities:

Check out-of-stock items on a daily basis and report in the group about out-of-stock issues.

Raise PO with proper terms and conditions and send to the supplier.

Take updates or follow up from all suppliers on a daily basis.

Goods GRN should be done by scanning and on PO basis.

Daily outward and inward report is required.

No goods will be accepted without a barcode from any of the factories.

Take report from final passer on a daily basis and report in the group.

Update pending sheet twice a week.

Print barcode as required.

Respond to all calls.

OTB will be created twice a month.

Make GRN report as per final passed goods.

Return of rejected goods will be given every week.

Check prices as per PO. If prices are not as per PO in the bill, then goods will be rejected / not accepted.

Update stock on a daily basis.

Check inventory ageing report twice a month and send in the group.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
