Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, including pricing and payment terms
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate purchase records and update procurement database
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements and forecast demand
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and cost savings
• Participate in supplier audits and supplier development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience 2-3 years in purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
