  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and vendor evaluation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to understand material requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
  • Assist in resolving procurement-related issues such as delayed deliveries or quality concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
