Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Engineer focusing on MEP projects. Based in Hyderabad, the role involves managing purchasing activities and processes, including vendor management, procurement planning, and preparing purchase orders. The Purchase Engineer will analyze purchase requirements, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management with a solid understanding of procurement strategies.
  • Experience in Purchase Planning and preparing accurate Purchase Orders to meet project requirements.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate vendors, cost efficiency, and material requirements effectively.
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in documentation and using procurement-related tools or software.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or a related field.
  • Experience in MEP projects and knowledge of industry standards.
