Purchase Executive

WE’RE HIRING – PURCHASE & SOURCING EXECUTIVE

Position: Purchase & Sourcing Executive
Location: Sandhurst Road, Mumbai (initially for a few months) → Lower Parel
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in sourcing (preferably in API, Excipients, or Chemicals)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Pharma
Salary: Competitive – No constraint for the right candidate
Gender Preference: Open to Male / Female
Interview Mode: Face-to-face only

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new vendors and evaluate their suitability
• sourcing , procurement for api, expieints , speciality chemicals is a must
• Follow up with local vendors/traders for competitive pricing and samples
• Negotiate rates, quantities, and ensure material quality
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for timely deliveries
• Identify commercially viable and non-infringing procurement routes
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Skills Required:
• Good communication (spoken & written English)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of APIs, Excipients, or Chemicals sourcing is a must
