Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure items, such as aluminum, MS sheets, angles, and other fabrication mechanical, electrical, semiconductor materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in procurement/purchasing, especially in steel and fabrication materials.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of local market , material specifications, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software and maintain mail drafting.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
